Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • If an issue is due to our error, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Limitations & Refunds

  • We are not responsible for nails detaching, chipping, or lifting after you leave our salon. Any repairs or replacements will incur additional charges.

  • Refunds are not available for booking fees or completed services.

Service Agreement & Feedback

  • Your appointment confirmation indicates acceptance of these terms.

  • During your service, you will be asked for feedback. Please express any concerns at that time.

Before and After Care

  • Before Your Appointment: Do not apply cuticle oil or cream on the day of your appointment.

  • After Your Appointment: Aftercare instructions are available on our booking page. It is your responsibility to follow these guidelines once you leave the salon.

Health and Safety

  • To comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, please attend your appointment alone. This policy applies to any accompanying persons, including friends, children, or pets.

  • If you have nail discoloration, bruising, nail bed lifting, allergies, fungal infections, or any other nail condition, please do not book an appointment. Should you receive treatment for these issues, a doctor’s certificate of clearance will be required before you may return.
